To add a table of contents to any wiki page, follow these steps:
- Type [toc] at the top of the page, except use TWO brackets on each side -- this is special code that will automatically turn into a table of contents when you add Headings.
- Add a page title (formatted using Heading 1). NOTE: The page title is not the same as the page name. The name of the page you are reading is: "wiki table of contents." You can give your page the same title as its name, or give it something different.
- Use Heading 2 or 3 for each section of your page. This will tell the table of contents to add this section. Choose normal size font to type underneath each Heading.
